Back in Canada, I spend a lot of time alone in nature. Here in Europe, things have become more challenging in the sense that I am almost always interacting with, or doing something for somebody. Time alone in the wild with my Ukulele is something I realized I had loved but often taken for granted.

Vol-Bivouac - Across the Bugaboos
Only in my wildest dreams ..a Vol-Biv (fly camp) connecting the mighty Slocan and Columbia Valleys.
Inspired by many great adventurers, pushing the boundaries of this niche sport, this was my first time going at it solo and I am still ecstatically grateful at the result.
