Having chosen to fly back and land several km away from the border, so as not to raise any alarms, the warm fuzzies of returning home did not set in until this precise moment. USA, you've been a blast. Thank you for you incredible landscapes, breath taking beauty and caring communities. The past five months of connecting with your mountains, valleys and the kind folks that live there, you have opened my eyes and I am a richer man for it. Despite our differences, I will always carry a deep respect for you people and your land. But for now, I must go Home.
